Frequently Asked
Questions

Common questions about development, production, MOQ, lead time, customization, and quality control.

Do you support OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. We support both OEM and ODM projects depending on the product direction and development needs. Some clients come with clear references, tech packs, or existing samples, while others need support refining the product structure, materials, or commercial direction before sampling begins. Our role is not only to make samples, but to help translate ideas into manufacturable footwear.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the construction, materials, and overall development complexity of the style. For most standard styles, our working MOQ is generally around 100–200 pairs per color. For more specialized constructions or materials, the MOQ may need to be reviewed based on actual development requirements.

What is your sample lead time?

Sample lead time usually depends on how complete the starting information is and whether new materials, components, or pattern adjustments are involved. For standard developments, sampling is generally around 15 days. More complex styles may require additional time depending on structure and material coordination.

What is your production lead time?

Production lead time depends on order quantity, construction complexity, material readiness, and seasonal factory scheduling. In most standard cases, production is usually around 45–60 days after sample confirmation and material approval. Final timing should always be confirmed based on the actual order.

Can you develop styles from reference images, sketches, or samples?

Yes. We can work from reference images, sketches, existing samples, or initial product ideas. In many cases, the key is not only copying a look, but understanding whether the construction, proportions, and materials can be translated properly into production. That is an important part of the development process.

Do you support material and color customization?

Yes. Material and color customization can be supported based on the style, quantity, and sourcing situation. This may include upper materials, linings, insoles, outsoles, and color combinations. During development, we also review whether the material choices are suitable for the intended structure, comfort, and production result.

Which markets do you mainly work with?

Our product direction is mainly developed for Europe, the Middle East, and selected international markets. We focus on women's casual footwear with attention to structure, comfort, and commercial viability. Different markets often require different balances between trend, function, price, and construction, so product direction is always considered in context.

How do you control quality during development and production?

Quality control is not treated as a final inspection step only. It begins during development, where construction logic, materials, pattern balance, and manufacturability are reviewed before production starts. During production, we focus on consistency in upper making, assembly, finishing, and packing details, while also checking the small issues that often become bigger problems in bulk. Our approach is to reduce avoidable risk early, not only react to defects at the end.
